Role Overview:
The Medicare Sales Agent will present customized Medicare products and services to meet customers' needs. The ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of Medicare offerings, demonstrates excellent communication skills, and has the ability to establish and nurture customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Explain Medicare products and services, covering eligibility requirements, coverage options, and cost-saving strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring consistent satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information.
- Foster follow-up interactions throughout the sales process, addressing all customer needs.
- Manage sales leads effectively, converting interest into firm sales.

Requirements:

Compensation and Benefits:
This full-time, salaried role offers a competitive base salary, unlimited commissions, and residuals. Plan Medicare will sponsor licensure as a health insurance agent for those not yet licensed within 3 months.
