Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Fully Remote (Quarterly On-Site Meetings in Dallas, TX)
Salary: $400,000 – $500,000 Bonus Potential Equity

Plan2Placement is partnering with a high-growth Tech company in search of a strategic and dynamic CFO to join their executive leadership team. This is a high-visibility role that requires a proven leader with extensive financial, operational, and strategic expertise to help drive the company’s continued growth and success.
While this position is fully remote, the CFO will be expected to travel quarterly to the company’s Dallas headquarters for executive meetings. Preference will be given to candidates based in Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial strategy of the company, ensuring strong fiscal management, risk assessment, and long-term growth planning.
- Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Manage the company’s capital structure, cash flow, and financial planning to support business growth and expansion.
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide strategic leadership on investments, M&A opportunities, and corporate financing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements while optimizing internal controls.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Oversee investor relations, working closely with stakeholders, board members, and financial institutions.
- Implement scalable financial systems and processes to support rapid growth and expansion.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of executive leadership experience in finance, ideally as a CFO within the Tech industry.
- Strong track record of leading financial strategy, capital markets, and scaling high-growth companies.
- Experience with M&A, fundraising, and investor relations is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of financial planning, risk management, and corporate governance.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while driving financial innovation.
- CPA designation highly preferred; MBA is a plus.
- Must be open to quarterly travel to Dallas, TX. Preference for candidates residing in Texas.
