Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other federal agencies, all over the world.
Key responsibilities :
- Oversee, manage and inspect the work of various construction contractors performing work for various on-site construction activities.
- Manage and inspect projects for progress, workmanship and conformance with the contract documents and existing codes
- Inform the client of any problems, issues or safety hazards observed
- Draft all contract related correspondence
- Arrange and conduct meetings at various locations and project sites
- Complete and submit daily and weekly reports
- Provide technical assistance and support during multiple construction projects
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
