This position is contingent on the award of the project
Key Responsibilities:
- · Oversee and manage financial transactions related to field operations.
- · Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- · Monitor and reconcile budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
- · Coordinate with on-site teams to manage financial documentation and reporting.
- · Assist in financial forecasting and analysis to support business decision-making.
- · Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management.
- · Prepare detailed reports and financial statements for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial coordination, preferably in a BPO or field-based setting.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, budgeting, and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience working with US-based clients is a plus.
