The Role:
The Account Manager is responsible for managing accounts, projects, communications, and assigned coordinators. The Account Manager must demonstrate a clear understanding of accounts and project financials. The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for the client and their needs which includes but is not limited to handling escalations, maintaining the account inbox, and developing and maintaining relationships with the client. The Account Manager has oversight responsible for the operational function of the account and must work with the assigned team and department leadership to ensure effective execution.- Manage communication from initiation to project close out between client and assigned project teams
- Manage daily inbox, quote log, and all communications with clients and suppliers
- Work with estimating to ensure all quotes are completed by the deadlines
- Establish relationships with specified suppliers
- Compile and publish the annual specification book for TRG
- Work with stakeholders to ensure all client processes and expectations are met including customer onboarding and SOPs
- Manage project financials, scope, and schedule
- Responsible for overall communication and success of the project. Ensure all reports and logs are updated.
- Manage day to day activities for client, vendors, and entire project team as needed including quotes as needed
- Support quarterly business reviews in partnership with Sales
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 year(s) experience in a customer service or related position
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
- Strong Microsoft Office applications skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point).
- Customer service driven with the ability to meet customer needs in a timely fashion.
Pay & Benefits:
This is a full-time position that comes with a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include:

Conditions:
- Full-time position. Generally Monday through Friday, first shift.
- Unassisted lift up to 35lbs.
