The Role:
The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in leveraging data to enhance business processes and drive efficiency within the organization. - Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Work with the Operational Innovation Manager on research and development of new data-driven technology applications.
- Support data visualization and reporting efforts to improve transparency and operational efficiency.
- Provide valuable insights and share findings with decision-makers to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Help standardize data tools, technologies, and platforms across the organization.
- Assist in data governance and quality assurance initiatives.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in corporate training or change management or similar experience.
- Remain current on the latest technology regarding essential functions of the position.
- Possess and maintain certifications as may be required by the company and/or supervisor.
- Excellent skills with analytical tools with the ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools as necessary.
- Proficient with Smartsheet, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Power Point).
- Curious, possessing a growth mindset, especially as relates to understanding and meeting client/project requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

This is a full-time position that comes with a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
