The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in leveraging data to enhance business processes and drive efficiency within the organization. This position involves collaborating with various departments to collect, analyze, and interpret data, providing actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical abilities, including proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Smartsheet, and will be adept at translating complex data into clear business solutions. The Data Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making aligns with company goals and contributes to overall success.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Work with the Operational Innovation Manager on research and development of new data-driven technology applications.
- Support data visualization and reporting efforts to improve transparency and operational efficiency.
- Provide valuable insights and share findings with decision-makers to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Help standardize data tools, technologies, and platforms across the organization.
- Assist in data governance and quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in corporate training or change management or similar experience.
- Remain current on the latest technology regarding essential functions of the position.
- Possess and maintain certifications as may be required by the company and/or supervisor.
- Excellent skills with analytical tools with the ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools as necessary.
- Proficient with Smartsheet, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Power Point).
- Curious, possessing a growth mindset, especially as relates to understanding and meeting client/project requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- High level of organization and time management.
- Industry-specific experience preferred

- Competitive Pay: $65,000 - $75-000

Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- Generally, Monday through Friday, first shift. Occasional overtime as necessary, including nights and/or weekends.
