The Role:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of warehouse process documentation. The Warehouse Coordinator will provide support in quality control, training, and team member development.
- Logging inbound and outbound shipments in appropriate systems
- Oversees and manages all outbound ASNs in proper systems.
- Organize and maintain inbound and outbound paperwork.
- Ensure all accounts are up to date and current in WMS.
- Ensure all photos of outbound shipments are taken and logged into the system.
- Support a culture of safety in the warehouse environment.
- Oversees and actively participates in the completion of tasks as needed.
.Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse.
- Experience with software such as Microsoft Excel and other company spreadsheet program.
- Experience using a forklift and professional forklift certification is strongly preferred.
- Typing and record-keeping skills necessary to provide accurate information for managers and supervisors regarding warehouse inventory
- Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance.
- A customer service mentality is beneficial to ensure a positive customer experience by shipping items to a high standard.

This is a full-time position that comes with a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include:

Conditions:
- Full time, primarily Monday through Friday, overtime as necessary including nights and/or weekends.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and work primarily standing
