The Role

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing business processes and driving efficiency within the organization. This position involves collaborating with various departments to gather and document business requirements, analyze processes, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical abilities, including proficiency in Excel, Power Platform, Visio, and Smartsheet, and will be adept at translating complex technical concepts into clear business solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

• Analyze business processes, strategies, and operations to identify areas for improvement in all facets of the organization.
• Work with the Operational Innovation Manager on research and development of new technology applications.
• Serve initial project management and account implementation functions on designated projects.
• Provide valuable insights and share findings with decision-makers to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Help standardize enterprise client tools, technologies, and platforms.
• Assist PMs with project kick-offs when necessary.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in corporate training or change management or similar experience.
• Remain current on the latest technology regarding essential functions of the position.
• Possess and maintain certifications as may be required by the company and/or supervisor.
• Excellent skills with analytical tools with the ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools as necessary.
• Proficient with Smartsheet, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Power Point).
• Curious, possessing a growth mindset, especially as relates to understanding and meeting client/project requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• High level of organization and time management.
• Industry-specific experience preferred

This is a full-time position that comes with a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include:

Conditions

• Full-time position.
• Generally, Monday through Friday, first shift. Occasional overtime as necessary, including nights and/or weekends.
• Must be able to sit at desk for extended periods of time
