The Role

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Analyze business processes, strategies, and operations to identify areas for improvement in all facets of the organization.
- Work with the Operational Innovation Manager on research and development of new technology applications.
- Serve initial project management and account implementation functions on designated projects.
- Provide valuable insights and share findings with decision-makers to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Help standardize enterprise client tools, technologies, and platforms.
- Assist PMs with project kick-offs when necessary.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in corporate training or change management or similar experience.
- Remain current on the latest technology regarding essential functions of the position.
- Possess and maintain certifications as may be required by the company and/or supervisor.
- Excellent skills with analytical tools with the ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools as necessary.
- Proficient with Smartsheet, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Power Point).
- Curious, possessing a growth mindset, especially as relates to understanding and meeting client/project requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- High level of organization and time management.
- Industry-specific experience preferred
This is a full-time position that comes with a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include:

- Generally, Monday through Friday, first shift. Occasional overtime as necessary, including nights and/or weekends.
