We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented Fulfillment Manager to oversee the warehousing operations for strategic accounts, focusing on managing and optimizing the fulfillment process, inventory management, and the overall client experience. This position ensures that all warehouse services are executed efficiently, maintains service level agreements (SLAs), oversees the day-to-day logistics operations, and acts as the primary liaison between Planes Moving & Storage and Strategic Accounts.

We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented Fulfillment Manager to oversee the warehousing operations for strategic accounts, focusing on managing and optimizing the fulfillment process, inventory management, and the overall client experience. This position ensures that all warehouse services are executed efficiently, maintains service level agreements (SLAs), oversees the day-to-day logistics operations, and acts as the primary liaison between Planes Moving & Storage and Strategic Accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Strategic Accounts, ensuring a smooth and effective partnership.
- Order picking, packing, and shipping
- Address all client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Develop relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehousing services, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Oversee Strategic Accounts’ inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all items are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to meet SLAs for order picking, packing, and shipping deadlines.
- Ensure proper handling of non-conforming goods, adjusting rates for exceptional circumstances.
- Manage monthly inventory cycles and ensure accurate reporting of inventory levels.
- Oversee the monthly billing process based on actual warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed-upon rates.
- Provide clients with regular inventory shrinkage reports and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Ensure the proper handling and reporting of pallet management and additional costs related to pallets and box packing.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse fulfillment experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse leadership experience required.
- Minimum 3 years experience with Warehouse Management Systems technology.
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
- Strong Microsoft Office applications skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point).
- Customer service driven with the ability to meet customer needs in a timely fashion.

- May require nights and/or weekends, based on operational needs.
- Must be able to handle a demanding, fast-paced work environment.
- The ability to lift to 100 pounds unassisted, many warehouse items are cumbersome.
- Bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time.
- Varying inside and outside weather and temperature conditions.
