Job Summary
The Dispatch Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of our service department. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient and timely dispatching and repairs to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the dispatching of customer repairs in a timely manner.
- Work between technicians and service advisors on deadlines to complete customer repairs.
- Work with the parts department on parts procurement to expedite repairs and satisfy customer promise times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the automotive field.
- ASE certifications.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $63,033.00 per year
