**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Member Service Representative to join our team at Brookfield South. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting members with inquiries, resolving issues, promoting membership benefits, and ensuring a positive experience for all.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist members and prospective members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding membership services, account information, and program offerings.
- Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
- Resolve member issues and concerns by identifying the problem, providing solutions, and escalating as necessary to management.
- Educate members about available services and programs, promoting member engagement and retention.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of membership policies, procedures, and offerings to provide accurate information.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining member records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and enhanced member experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
- Follow up with members to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or member-oriented role, preferably in a membership-based organization.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on active listening.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with members and coworkers.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards challenges.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
