We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our fast-paced quick service restaurant. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. You will be responsible for various tasks, including taking orders, preparing food, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation areas by sanitizing surfaces and equipment regularly.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food products served.
- Assist with bussing tables and ensuring that the restaurant remains tidy throughout service hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours while managing time effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with culinary practices, including food preparation techniques and sanitation standards, is a plus.
- Experience with cash registers or POS systems is advantageous for efficient transaction processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team setting are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
