Duties and Responsibilities:
- Visitor Management: Greet and monitor visitors, answer and direct phone calls
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Mail Handling Support: Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries. Manage and assist in preparing outgoing shipments.
- Assist with office layout planning and office moves.
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree preferred. Equivalent related work experience or combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of Associate's degree.
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative/office management role or equivalent customer-facing role with prior experience in high standard client interaction.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills in writing, in person, and over the phone.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong judgment and decision-making ability.
- Must be a self-starter with effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
- Ability to convey information to internal and external customers in a clear, focused, and concise manner.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office products – Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
