Job Summary
The Member Services Representative - Opener 4:30AM - 12:30PM will be responsible for creating a positive, start the day member experience through customer service excellence direct toward valued members, prospects, and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle all front desk related activities including, but not limited to:
- Daily Open - Brand Excellence
- Answer phones with candor and cordiality.
- Assist with a variety of questions.
- Warmly greet and direct new and existing members, guests, and prospects
- Eager to engage new member enrollment
- Tours
- Member account maintenance
- Increase knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to answer questions and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner and/or alert Assistant Manager or Club Manager, as needed.
- Assure club cleanliness and order.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Customer service and/or fitness experience preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A passion for people, fitness, and health.
- Upbeat and positive attitude!
- Punctuality and reliability is mandatory.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Consistently demonstrates a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.
- Exceeds member expectations.
- Strong listener. Ability to empathize and problem solve.

- High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical Demands
- Continual standing, walking, and often speaking during shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (lbs.) on occasion.
