As Club Manager (CM) will be responsible for the oversight of gym operations to ensure an exceptional "Judgement Free" member experience as well as a financially successful club. The Club Manager will be accountable for leading a team of employees in a positive, motivating manner with continuous assistance in employee training and development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a culture of positivity and motivation within the club for the benefit of the Team Members and customers.
- Create and maintain a friendly welcoming atmosphere for all Team Members, members, prospective members and guests and ensure Team Members follow superior customer service guidelines. Provide 1 service.
- Keep clubs spotlessly clean.
- Recruit, hire, train and develop a high-performing club Team Members.

- Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry
- Experience working as an Assistant Manager at Planet Fitness preferred
- Exceptional leadership, diplomacy and listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
- Hard working, enthusiastic and energetic.
- Strong problem resolution skills
- Current CPR Certification recommended
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be punctual
- Must have the ability to be constantly on call on an immediate as needed basis
