What You'll Be Doing
The Director of Information Technology will manage and direct the company’s information technology (IT) operations, ensuring the department provides efficient and effective technical support service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the strategy, development, and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Establishes and enforces IT standards to enhance efficiency, security, and performance.
- Monitors and analyzes IT infrastructure to optimize costs, productivity, and scalability.
- Ensures robust security measures for systems, networks, and enterprise data protection.
- Develops and maintains partnerships with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Defines and upholds IT brand standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on new construction and renovation projects.
- Enhances user experiences by addressing IT challenges and optimizing system performance.
- Communicates effectively across teams to ensure seamless IT Support and integration.
- Manages the company help desk, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
- Assesses technology needs, recommending and procuring necessary hardware and software.
- Prepares and presents progress reports, budget forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Recruits, hires, and trains IT staff to build a high-performing team.
- Plans, assigns, and oversees IT projects, ensuring efficient execution.
- Conducts timely and constructive performance evaluations to support professional growth.
- Manages employee relations, including disciplinary actions and terminations, in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
