Job Summary: Leads HR Field Support services and regionally based HR team members. Collaborate with strategic leaders
across the organization to identify overall workforce and team member challenges, develop solutions, and oversee company-wide initiatives, ensuring consistent practices and procedures across all regions. Plays a critical role in shaping workplace culture, executing HR strategies, and fostering organizational success.
Essential Job Functions:
General Leadership & Strategic Oversight:
- Coach, mentor, and lead the HR field support team to provide operational leaders with highest levels of service and expertise related to workforce management processes and best practices
- Oversee the execution of HR strategies, driving initiatives to improve team member retention; enhance employee satisfaction; and mitigate risk
- Collaborate with other strategic leaders to problem-solve and implement company-wide solutions
- Drive consistency and standardization of HR practices across the organization
HR Field Operations:
- Oversee HR field operations support to include: employee retention efforts, workplace investigations, progressive discipline processes, staffing levels, and labor utilization.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and practices
- Participate in the acquisition and integration processes related to acquired PF locations
Workforce Metrics
- Prepare, analyze, and trend workforce data to monitor and report KPIs such as employee turnover, employee satisfaction, workforce demographics, compensation, and labor cost
- Utilize HR data and trends to identify opportunity, inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Culture & Employee Development:
- Oversee club leadership selection and promotion processes to ensure consistent and effective practices
- Upholds workplace standards aligned with NFPs mission and core values
- Implement and manage employee recognition and reward programs
- Develop and oversee development and training programs to equip club leaders with leadership and workforce management skills
- Lead succession planning and talent development programs
Compliance
- Proactively identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Manage regulatory claims (i.e. EEOC) cases and ensure compliance with anti-discrimination laws and regulations
- Oversee workplace investigations, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and organizational policies.
- Partner with legal counsel to address potential compliance risks, employment disputes, and regulatory challenges.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or other related course of study (required)
- SHRM-CP or HRCI PHR Certified (required)
- At least 3 years of experience leading an HR team or other HR professionals (required)
- Minimum of 8 years experience as an HR Professional (required)
- Experience leading HR functions across a multi-unit/multi-state operation
- Proficient in HR Systems and HR analytics
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to travel overnight periodically throughout NFPs operating footprint
