Position Overview:
The Information Technology Systems Analyst will design and implement scalable IT systems, manage projects, and provide support, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security standards. Interacting daily with all levels of Easy Mile Fitness workforce, from C-level to on-site staff. Working to efficiently close tickets with high level of accuracy, this role will perform a wide range of technical computing and information systems support, including installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on desktops, laptops, servers, networking devices, and related software. The IT - Systems Analyst diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
A successful candidate will have at least 5 years of IT - Systems Analyst / Architect experience. The candidate will analyze, design, and implement IT systems. This role involves gathering requirements, creating architectural models, managing projects, and providing ongoing system support. Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with experience in system design and project management.
This position is located in Boston, with four days in office.
Responsibilities

- Partnering with PFHQ and trade partners to stay current on new requirements.
- System design and architecture
- Auditing both PFHQ and EMF Means and Methods for IT Standards with monthly updates to stakeholders.

- Managing timeline, updates, and budget for these integrations.

- Managing all IT issues through CMMS software. Assigning work orders to internal staff and scheduling trade partners as needed. Working with site staff to do initial troubleshooting. Work with team members via remote tool to access device.

- Set up bi-annual internal audits of hardware, and PCI scans that are reported to PFHQ and EMF with results and action items, updates in new policies, and training of club leadership. Provide content to newsletter once a quarter on how to stay safe from cyber-attacks

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, design, and architecture.
- Proficiency in system modeling and design tools (e.g., UML, ERD).
- Experience in LAN/WAN and basic network troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience in workstation and laptop hardware support, including backup software configuration experience with common data protection applications
- Experience with Anti-Virus configuration with more than one A/V solution
- Experience with various programming languages and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, SQL, Cloud services).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience and familiarity with project management tools.
- Knowledge of IT security principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks
