What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Project Engineer position at Planet Forward?
- This role is a true New Product Development role. The team this person will be one develops all of their products from scratch. They will take an idea/concept, to prototyping and testing, through validation, and to scale up/commercially manufactured. Must be able to speak to their ability to concept and take this concept through entire NPD stage gate process
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5 Years of Experience is a Good Benchmark of required experience
- Must have strong analytical and design skills (Ability to mathematically do the development work. - Theoretical backbone to create a product)
- It will be really helpful if this EE has a strong background in testing and analysis. Testing to UL & IE standards
- Good target would be someone out of a low-voltage switchgear company or someone with strong switchboard experience as long as it is doing advanced level product development from scratch.
Salary : $90 - $100
