Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field OR at least five years of related experience.
You will also need to possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as attention to detail and ability to work to time constraints.
In addition, you should have experience in waterproofing, masonry, and concrete repair/restoration, as well as familiarity with the procurement of construction services, contract award, and buy-out.
