Mechanical Engineer (3-5 Years' Experience)

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and analyzing various technical systems to implement new products or make changes to existing systems to meet client-specific needs. You will be working on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all are completed on time, within budget, and meet both client and company requirements.
As a key member of the team, you will monitor project progress, address operational issues, resolve delays, and correct any technical discrepancies. You will also gather and manage the technical resources needed for project completion. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative energy conservation projects, helping transition from carbon-based fuels to clean energy sources, while balancing sustainability and cost-efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and analyze technical systems to meet client needs.
- Work on multiple projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues to minimize delays.
- Identify and correct discrepancies in technical analysis.
- Collaborate with senior staff and other teams to ensure project success.
- Use engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation) for system design and modeling.
- Follow QA/QC procedures to maintain high standards of work.
- Assist with the transition to clean energy systems and energy-saving projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practical application in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation).
- Understanding of QA/QC procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Participation in a professional engineering society/organization.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
