Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and repair malfunctioning plant equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal production levels.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on production equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
- Electrical Systems: Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and controls for production equipment and throughout the plant.
- Team Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operation of the maintenance group and perform on-the-job training of other maintenance team members.
- Collaboration: Work closely with SHIFT Supervisors to plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities.
