About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Project Lead Manager to oversee our high-complexity Renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in project management and leadership roles, with expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and team collaboration.
- Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and providing technical and project expertise and guidance to cross-functional project team members and influencing them to take action on assigned work.
- Leadership of a large cross-functional team, ensuring stakeholder alignment with internal and external agencies and coordination with Engineer of Record and EPC Construction Contractor.
- Preparation of monthly, annual, and overall project forecasts for large Board of Director projects/programs and providing ongoing cost reconciliation for project expenditures.
