Our client is looking for a Quality Control Manager to work out of Goldsboro Maryland.
Requirements :
- develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures and protocols.
- conduct thorough inspections, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and project specifications.
- lead a team of Quality Control Inspectors / Technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to uphold these standards effectively.
- analyzing quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
- address quality concerns promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
- maintain all documentation of inspections, tests, and quality assurance activities
