Core duties will follow this high level workflow :
Receive assignment to draft new document >
Access database of historical content "chunks" >
Reorganize those chunks and others identified by project team into new file >
flag / note the use of a chunk to track its rightful reauthoring utilization and location it was used in >
Route document for review and approvals
Skills :
Technical analysts must be comfortable working in unstructured environments and critical thinking skills necessary to assist in the re-drafting of Standard Work documentation.
This required the ability to analyze existing content that has been chunked and categorized, and reassembly into newly planned documents (with the support of the Standards Engineering on staff).
Education :
Associates degree in field showing proficiency in project delivery and following expectations.
