About This Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Planet Forward.
As a key member of our project development team, you will act as the technical coordinator for engineering tasks, serving as the subject matter expert during RFP and Bid Reviews.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Leader/Manager to understand project scopes and develop clear, written scopes of work for both internal teams and contracted Owner's Engineers.
- Interface with various departments to aid in project development, ensuring all projects prioritize safety and environmental compliance.
- Support the Project Leader/Manager with the RFP and Bid Review processes, providing expertise on technical aspects.
- Manage the Request for Information (RFI) process on behalf of the Project Leader/Manager, facilitating effective communication.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a project engineer or assisting a project manager in multi-functional teams within a matrix environment.
- Proven skills in problem-solving, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage project engineering performance.
