Job Overview
Full-time position available assisting the Company’s Sales Team with helping clients from start to finish in achieving their designs in stone in countertops.
Position will require but not be limited to:
As a Sales Assistant, you will assist the Sales Team with pre-sales events, client appointments, and data entry. You will be spending the day in both a Showroom office and an outdoor stone yard setting which contains numerous slab countertop materials. Clients will visit, e-mail, and call you in order to request your assistance in obtaining countertops and other projects. You will be working with residential clients, designers, builders, and commercial applications. Applicants must possess a high level of communication and organizational skills in order to process their work in an efficient manner.
Sales Assistants work to learn the many options of countertop materials and the installation processes. Sales Assistants will assist clients with identifying these details in selecting countertop materials form a vast selection of inventory, in order to find the most suitable application for the project. You will be expected to provide price quotes, availability of materials, answering product questions, and educate clients on our products. Interpretation of blue prints and kitchen measurements will be required. Basic math and computer skills will be necessary for data entry and e-mail in order to create and close contracts. Applicants must possess excellent attention to detail as well as professional customer service in helping clients and following up with them.

Currently the position is Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with one specific day off during that span and required Saturdays 10:00am – 4:00pm.
Background check and Drug testing will be required upon hire.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in sales
- On-the-job training provided
- 2 year sales experience in construction field preferred
Compensation Range:
Hourly: $21.00 - $23.00 to start DOE
