We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Planet Healthcare. As a member of our Food and Nutrition Department, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Work various stations in patient meal service area
- Deliver carts, meals and supplies to patient units
- Perform dishwashing and pot washing
- Serve food in the retail areas
- Stock supplies throughout the department
- Fill in for cross-trained roles in the department
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or higher level of education
- Zero (0) to One (1) year of experience in food service, sanitation, or service industry
Preferred Qualifications
- One (1) to Three (3) years' experience in Food Service
- Experience in Healthcare setting
Clearances and Certifications
- ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred
- Act 34-PA Criminal Record Check from the PA State Police system
