Travel Nurse RN ED - Emergency Department
We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team in the Emergency Department at a 48-bed community hospital in Waterville, Maine.}
Job Summary:
In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care to a diverse range of patients, including those with abdominal pain, CHF, chest pain, respiratory illnesses, MI, seizures, and animal bites. You will also work closely with the cardiac team to manage patients with cardiac conditions, such as Cardizem gtts, central lines, BiPaps, and vents.
Responsibilities:
* Assess and prioritize patients' needs
* Develop and implement individualized care plans
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
* Manage medications, treatments, and test results
Work Environment:
* 12-hour shifts, evenings, and rotating days off
* 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
* Phlebotomy and house manager support
