We are currently seeking a skilled Travel Healthcare Specialist - Cytotechnologist to join our team for a travel assignment at a prominent healthcare facility. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality cytology examinations to help diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
Responsibilities
- Process and prepare FNA ROSE specimens for examination, providing proper record keeping and labeling of slides and specimens.
- Properly triage ancillary testing as needed.
- Perform the proper setup/cleanup of the FNA Cart.
- Accurately enter data and results within the laboratory information system.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a laboratory setting, knowledge of cytology procedures, and excellent organizational skills.
