• Number of Beds - : 14 Number of Staff – Type of staff: Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Night Shift -
• Patient Ratios – : 1:4
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : RNs and PCTs
• Type of equipment - : Chest Tubes, IV Pumps, various other drains
• EMR - Documentation system: Meditech
• Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend
• Floating policy: Must be available to float to other units
• Patient Experience requirements: Positive, patient entered, critical thinking, team player, engaged Hospital Specifics-
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS Typical hiring Hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Requested Skill Set: Must have : candidates without these BLS, ACLS Advanced skills will not be considered for the role. needed: Knowledge of medication drips, central lines, heart cath recovery Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
