Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Home Health Wound Care

12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (8am-5pm) with some weekend coverage requiredRequirements:
- OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) experience
- Home Health and Hospice experience
- Ability to travel from patient to patient for home visits
- Flexibility to manage and adjust to changes in schedule
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- BLS certification
- Experience with EMR system HealthWyse (Careficient)
The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient care and be able to work independently. They must also be able to manage their time effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly.
About the Role:
As a travel nurse RN Home Health Wound Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a home health setting. This will involve conducting regular assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and educating patients and their families on wound care management.
