YesWill you accept a first-time traveler? Yes, as long as they have IR experiencePatient Types : Department is staffed 24 / 7All adults, no pedsGeneral IR : Kyphoplasty / vertebroplasty, central line / piccs / ports, fistulograms, IVC filter, nephrostomy tubes, nephroureteral stents, peripheral leg cases, coil embolization, thoras / paras; CT Room supported by IR - cryos, CT biopsies, drains, etc.; AAA intervention experience preferredNeuro IR (required) : strokes, DSA, embolization, WADA test, spinal angiosPatients seen in a day : Around 40-50 patients a day on averageRequired Licensure and Certifications : ARRT, BLS; WI LicenseSkills required : Scrubbing and panning simultaneously, experience with General IR cases aboveWould prefer them be comfortable with charging / coding for procedures but not requiredSupport on the Unit : Receptionist / HUC : One coordinatorLead : Two leadsTech specialistsImaging Assistant / Transporter : Two IAsRespiratory Therapy : 24 / 7Hospitalist : 24 / 7CNA / Transporter : Yes, here 24 / 7; could help transport own patients thoughTechnology / Equipment : EMR : EPICIV pumps : AlarisMedication dispensing : PyxisPACS : Change HealthcareEquipment used?Siemens and GE equipment – experience preferredInjector : MedRadOther equipment (experience not required) : IVUS, Ultrasound (GE), Laser, Bovie for some port removals, AngiojetFloating : If yes, where?NoOrientation : Will orient with a preceptor for 1-2 weeks and be checked offScheduling : Weekend rotation : CallOn call?
