As a Service Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our customer's experience, from the moment they enter the service lane to the time they drive away happy. Motivated Service Advisors will make $60,000 annually. We are offering a $500 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the service drive and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Be a customer champion, taking ownership of their experience and leaving a lasting positive impression.
• Provide expert concierge support to all customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone.
• Effectively manage technician time slots and match them with customer needs.
