Planet Interactive is looking for an Account Manager (Licensing ) to join our well known retail brand on a 5 month contract! This role is 40 hours per week and will be onsite in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities :
- Handle the day to day operational management of in and out licensing partnerships that cover responsibilities across Business Development, Financial, Legal / Contracts, and Marketing. This includes anywhere from 10-20 partners.
- Work with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders across external partners, product marketing, brand, marketing, finance, and legal.
- Act as the main point of contact to guide teams on any ad hoc questions related to the execution.
- Ensure internal and external understanding of deal terms for in and out of license partnerships.
- Manage and monitor inventory across geographies working according to the contract terms.
- Manage season or yearly marketing direction; facilitate kick offs to provide guidance on marketing creative concept, storyboards, final visual plans as well as PR.
- Manage forecasting reporting, create P&Ls, monitor sales forecasts and help support forecasting if needed.
- Review financials, reporting, and provide guidance on opportunity.
- Collate post launch selling reports.
- Develop pitch decks, set up new partner onboarding, create templates and systems to support out licensing business.
