Jr Buyer (Merchandising)
Location : Hybrid in Beaverton (Onsite Monday – Thursday, Remote Friday)
Duration : 3 Months
Pay : up to $26.67 / hour, DOE
Planet Interactive is looking for a Jr Buyer / Merchandising Specialist to join our well known retail brand on a 3 month contract! This role is 40 hours per week and will be hybrid in Beaverton, OR.
Responsibilities :
- Focus on consumer insights and assortment planning Go to Market and product management activities.
- Act as an expert in building Consumer Right Assortments for assigned category location.
- Brief the product engine on the needs of the consumer for both the category / geography and upcoming trends.
- Work across the product engines to ensure that product is being created with the retail end in mind.
- Edit the product line for assigned location and category using both directed assortment and selecting the line outside of the global core product with a goal of meeting revenue targets.
- Build directed assortments that supports category vision working with geographies with retail end in mind.
