Planet Interactive is looking for a Community Channel Operations Manager to work with our technology client. This is a 6-month remote contract opportunity.
Community Channel Operations Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing marketing channels and campaigns including planning and execution, channel reporting and driving product adoption to key audience segments
- Partner with various departments and copywrite and copyedit engaging content
- Partner with cross functional teams (Community, Lifecycle, Marketing Communications and Product) to deliver campaigns and improve efficiencies on existing channels and ensure campaigns meet expectations
- Analyze and measure campaigns to ensure business goals and objectives are met, including campaign flighting, triaging and reviewing of marketing campaigns
- QA of all campaigns before scheduling and sending and report and present on campaign insights and trends
