Planet Interactive is looking for a Content Designer to join our well known lifestyle brand technology client on a 6-month contract. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week role working a fully remote schedule
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive experiences for trust and safety products, including Identity and Tooling, crafting language that helps users accomplish their goals while meeting business and compliance requirements.
- Collect and apply research and data insights to improve product content, including conducting audits, reviewing guidelines, identifying reusable patterns, contributing to research plans, and reviewing study findings.
- Apply UX content best practices and internal guidelines and patterns to drive quality and consistency.
- Work on multiple content design projects at once, from early ideation through final execution.
- Collaborate with product designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and marketing to establish conversational, cohesive experiences with a unified voice.
- Communicate your ideas and recommendations to and solicit feedback from cross-functional stakeholders using tools such as content design docs and Figma.
