Planet Interactive is looking for a Content Producer to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 6 month contract. This role will be 40 hours per week and is hybrid in Cupertino, CA.
Responsibilities
- Bring a native-level fluency of Canadian English for workstreams.
- Review, verify, edit, score, transcribe, copywrite, and report on data/assets for media and content.
- Ensure that the data and assets represent the correct grammar, spelling, and cultural appropriateness to represent Canadian user experience and content.
- Work cross-functionally with Design, Product, Editorial, Safety, Engineering, and more to deliver the correct content and evaluations.
- Evaluate content, research, and verify accuracy of the metadata.
- Continually enhance processes based on both quantitative and qualitative feedback.
- Collaborate and follow guidance from the Project Lead, Style Guides, and Terminology Databases on all matters related to the company style and project requirements.
- Provide clear suggestions and feedback on recommendations to both editorial and engineering.
- Conduct research with humans to validate and create automated benchmarks for LLM evaluations.
- Collect data from human participants (e.g., surveys, experiments) with knowledge about data quality, data validity, etc.
- Native-level fluency in English for Canadian market, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Expert knowledge of grammar, spelling, and cultural appropriateness to accurately represent Canadian user experience and ensure content aligns with local cultural and linguistic norms.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Docs
- Precise editing skills and great attention to detail.
- Undergraduate Degree in English, creative writing, or related field.
- Advanced degree in linguistics, computer science, machine learning, cognitive science, psychology, economics, or similar (preferred).
