Content Workflow Specialist Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, channel build workflows and identify opportunities for workflow optimization and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for measurements and dashboards supporting various tasks and projects.
- Design, build, and optimize project templates, workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet organizational needs.
- Work with IT and external vendors to integrate with other business systems and platforms.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and end-users to ensure alignment on platform enhancements and updates.
- Provide training sessions, documentation, and support to users to ensure effective utilization of the tools.
- Act as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving access or workflow challenges.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 3 years of relevant end-to-end marketing content creation, measurement, and dashboarding.
- Understanding and/or strong learning agility for Pharma content supply chain processes, Material Review processes, content inventory management, and production planning.
- Proficiency in Adobe Workfront, including system configuration, reporting, and workflow design.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, including system configuration, reporting and workflow design.
- Power BI proficiency preferred.
- Proficiency in Veeva PromoMats, including system configuration, reporting, and workflow design.
- Ability to think strategically with a strong ability to execute and exceed stakeholder expectations and project goals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong client service and project management skills; in particular, must have the ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals effectively.
- Have strong attention to detail and exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to train and support users at all levels (written and oral).
- Experience in Pharma preferred but not required.
Salary : $50 - $53
