Digital Asset and Product Information Manager
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: Full-Time
Schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Salary: up to $135,000/ DOE
Our growing client in the CPG space, is looking for a full-time Digital Asset and Product Information Manager. This role requires working onsite 4 days a week in their headquarters in Cicero.
Digital Asset and Product Information Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the PIM and DAM platform for the organization.
- Ensure that both systems are maintained, improved, and enhance the overall content and productivity for the organization.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders and serve as the main point of contact for all PIM and DAM needs.
- Review, edit, and upload product content into the PIM and DAM systems.
- Apply the proper metadata to each asset and use data governance best practices.
- Identify pain points within workflows to improve and build new functions within the PIM and DAM.
- Gather retailer and distributor requirements and then partner with the sales team to ensure that they have all of the correct assets necessary.
- Support ongoing UI optimizations and enhancements.
- Work with external syndication vendors and platform points of contact.
- Deliver projects on time and pivot priorities based on the business needs.
Digital Asset and Product Information Manager Qualifications:
- 3 years' experience at least working with multiple PIM and DAM systems.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong understanding of SAP Product Master Data.
- Understanding of Salesforce.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Salary : $135,000
