- Lead monthly intake and iterative planning for campaigns across multiple line-of-business marketing operations team resources.
- Develop work back schedules for email, push, and in-app marketing campaigns.
- Maintain operations campaign data accuracy within a project management system.
- Support change request management across a varying complexity of campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project management teams that include marketing and technical partners.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to collect project scope and align level of effort.
- Report on plan of record for capacity allocation and forecasting.
- Drive solutions to complex risk management questions through education, advocacy, partnerships, and creative thinking.
- Handle resource planning for marketing operations and end-to-end project management for campaigns.
- Interact with technical and non-technical teams using excellent interpersonal communication skills.
