Digital Media Planner
Location: Remote - open to candidates in EST or CST time zones
Duration: 5 months to start; potential to extend
Pay: up to $42.00/hour
Planet Interactive's client a not-for-profit educational organization, is looking for a Digital Media Planner. This position will be 40 hours a week and accepting candidates located in Central or Eastern Time Zones.
The Digital Media Planner will report to the Sr. Director, Digital Media to provide campaign management support. The Planner will be directly involved in the full advertising cycle across all Branded programs: campaign brief, media planning, execution, optimization, reporting and analysis. Campaign channels may include display, 3rd party email, social media, and content marketing.

Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Digital Media Campaigns
- Assist in researching and assessing options for media plans based on the objectives
- Develop and edit content
- Gather ad specifications, collect creative assets, release assets to partners/vendors
- Develop and execute AB tests and perform QA on ad creative to ensure specifications are met
- Interact with internal and external partners to evaluate, implement, and maintain a media plan
- Resolve technical and performance issues
- Lead day-to-day campaign executions
- Optimize campaign performance based on KPIs
- Participate in ad hoc projects to help grow the Company's digital efforts
- Report and analyze campaign performance
- Collect data need for post campaign reports and develop readouts for campaign owners including samples, highlights and recommendations
- Resolve any tracking and reporting discrepancies with analytics tools and/or partners/vendors
- Analyze data, thinking creatively and designing innovative strategies to make sure campaigns effectively reach their target audience
- Provide operational support, including vendor management
- Process new contract and revisions into management system
- Maintain/Create/Update monthly campaign schedules and ensure projects and campaigns stay on track
- 2-3 years digital media operations experience
- Ad Agency experience preferred
- Experience executing ads on SM channels such as Meta, Tik Tok, Google
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative and copy writing skills (samples will be required during the interview process)
- Understanding of rich media, dynamic creative, mobile and video ads units
- Fluency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Adobe Analytics Suite or Google Analytics required
- Omni-cloud marketing platform such as Salesforce preferred
