Growth Marketing Project Manager
Location: Hybrid onsite schedule in Culver City, CA or Cupertino, CA
Duration: 12 months to start
Pay: Up to $78/hour, DOE (W2 and benefit options)
Planet Interactive is looking for a Growth Marketing Project Manager to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract. This role will be 40 hours per week and is hybrid in Culver City, CA or Cupertino, CA.
The Growth Marketing team plays a key role in enabling emails, push notifications and in-app communications for products and services. They focus on intake, execution and timely delivery of marketing messages sent to millions of users across multiple service categories. The Growth Marketing Project Manager will play a key role in bringing together global cross-functional teams and ensure timely and accurate execution. The main responsibilities include resource planning for marketing operations and end to end project management for campaigns.
Growth Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly intake and iterative planning for campaigns across multiple line of business marketing operations team resources
- Develop work back schedules for email, push and in-app marketing campaigns
- Maintain operations campaign data accuracy within a project management system
- Support change request management across a varying complexity of campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional project management teams that includes marketing and technical partners
- Lead cross-functional meetings to collect project scope and align level of effort
- Report on plan of record for capacity allocation and forecasting
- Drive solutions to complex risk management questions through education, advocacy, partnerships and creative thinking
- Handle resource planning for marketing operations and end to end project management for campaigns
- Interact with technical and non-technical teams using excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Develop and deliver presentations or training material to a diverse audience
- Distill a large volume of data into a succinct and easy to comprehend written summary
Growth Marketing Project Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with lifecycle marketing, CRM, email, or mobile apps is preferred
- Deep understanding of marketing operations and resource allocation at the enterprise level
- Able to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, solutions-focused mindset, and work with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Able to build trust through cultivation of strong relationships, and gain confidence of peers and stakeholders over time
- Strong communication skills are required
