Senior Video Editor

Job Description

Planet Interactive is seeking a contract to perm Senior Video Editor to join one of our global product design and technology clients. The contract portion of the assignment will last approximately 90 days before potentially converting into a permanent position

• Location: Irvine, CA (3-4 days on-site)
• Pay: $56-$62/hr depending on experience
  
  

The Senor Video Editor will be responsible for editing a diverse range of videos, including product commercials, social media content, digital ads, and sizzle reels. We are seeking an all-in-one professional who excels in color grading, audio editing, and video editing. This individual should be capable of taking a project from initial conceptualization through to postproduction, while bringing innovative ideas to the table.

Senor Video Editor Qualifications

• 10 years of video editing experience
• Creative Editor with a stylized approach (distinctive and recognized approach)
• Agency background
• Has worked with top brands
• Familiar with standalone motion graphics applications (i.e. Cinema 4D, Fusion, or AfterEffects)
• Proficient in Resolve, Premiere, and Avid is a plus
• A reel or portfolio that showcases strong short form editing with well-known brands or companies
