Location: Hybrid onsite schedule in Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 12 months
Pay: Up to $54/hr, DOE
Planet Interactive is looking for a Studio Operations Coordinator to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 12 month contract. This role will be 40 hours per week and is hybrid in Sunnyvale, CA.
The Studio Operations Coordinator works closely with photographers, internal and external retouching artists and cross functional partners within the Company. This role requires a level headed individual who is diplomatic and calm under pressure. The ideal candidate is passionate about creative collaboration, photography, retouching, emerging tools and processes. This role is results-driven and the ideal candidate should enjoy juggling multiple projects with differing needs and goals simultaneously.

Studio Operations Coordinator Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between internal photography and retouching teams and cross-functional partners who have specific business or communication goals
- Manage alt text workflows from new product to final handoff
- Provide verification of live assets, update relevant stakeholders
- Maintain studio projects Keynote deck including regular updates as projects change
- Manage app screens including research on app enabled products, vendor requests and approvals
- Product research and management of preliminary shotlists (and/or ref sheets) prior to weekly studio product review meeting
- Minimum 5 years experience with a focus on photography production
- Excellent soft skills, able to navigate corporate culture
- Thrives in a team environment
- Creative agency or in-house brand experience preferred
- Aptitude for making quick, quality decisions
- Is adaptable and can thrive in a constantly evolving and fast paced environment
