Visual Merchandising Manager Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising Manager Responsibilities
- Proofreading planograms and graphics, reviewing graphics
- Build and maintain relationship with internal teams across design, creative, merchandising and operations and external vendor partners
- Experience with budget tracking and reporting including scheduling and cost projections
- Partner with creative teams and external vendors and collaborate on best ways to display products and wayfindings to deliver the best customer experience
- Estimate store workload and lead communications to ensure field teams execute product displays
- Visit store locations and competitors to stay up to date in best in class merchandising design and materials
- 4 years visual merchandising, program, project or production management experience at a retail advertising organization
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office and Smartsheet (or similar budget and schedule tracking software)
- Proven experience implementing successful visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and engagement
- Experience with vendor engagement including PO and procurement processes
- Experience mentoring and leading team members and contractors
- Must have experience with project-based budget management including forecasting
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Communications or Marketing
