6-Month Contract
20.39 / Hour
Shift : M-Fri 8am-4 : 30 PM most days; alternate 9am-5 : 30 pm late shift with 2 other team members during the week
Supports the day-to-day operations of the shipments containing clinical trial supplies and samples.
The "Logistics Coordinator – Tracking” ensures a high level of support, service, reliability, and
availability to internal departments. Ensures efficient and effective operations of the section
Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required and minimum of two years general logistics experience with clinical trials required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Excellent client and phone service skills
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and laboratory principal's pre-analytical, analytic and post-analytic influences on specimens and results Intermediate level of computer literacy
- Accurate data entry skills
- Superior analytical, interpersonal and time management skills
- Excellent verbal communications and customer service skills in the English language - additional languages are an advantage
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support quality decision making
- Proven negotiation and problem resolution skills
- Maintains confidentiality of client protocols and study data
