Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Prepare and edit complex documents, reports, and presentations using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
- Coordinate logistics, including ordering office supplies, handling mail and packages, and maintaining office communications
- Provide support for reimbursement requests, expense reports, and contract management
**Requirements**
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and a minimum of three years of related experience
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
