Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive training sessions for Scientific Services, Veterinary Services, and Anatomic Pathology groups to maintain GLP and USDA compliance. Provide hands-on training and uniform assessment across all staff.
Utilize leadership and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment, emphasizing accurate documentation and teamwork. Effectively communicate progress towards training deadlines to department management.
Develop and revise lesson plans to ensure quality and efficiency. Collaborate with all groups to improve processes and carry out assigned training duties to meet objectives set by department management.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS in a scientific discipline preferred. Experience conducting hands-on training and leading research studies in various species is essential. LAT certification and intermediate computer skills are desirable. English proficiency and strong attention to detail are mandatory.
